The restaurant of the Birdy 4* hotel in Aix-en-Provence was completely renovated as were the 95 rooms of the hotel. The kitchen of Chef Thierry Bernet was enlarged and reorganized so as to be able to prepare and serve meals in just a few minutes to the professional seminar groups which frequent the hotel. The decoration in the extension of the hotel is an invitation to a dream journey, inspired by scenes from the East Indies to South America.
